 Tom was first admitted as a solicitor in 2008 and has degrees in both Law (Hons) and Business. He practices in a wide range of areas in both QLD and NSW, including wills, estate administration, contested estates, property development, residential and commercial conveyancing, business sales and acquisitions and leasing. Tom is the Honorary Solicitor for the Coolangatta Bowls and Recreation Club and frequently assists the Cancer Council by preparing wills and other estate planning documents for cancer patients, on a pro bono basis.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys going caravanning with his young family and as a keen sportsman loves rugby union, golf and running. He has had a lifelong connection with the Palm Beach Currumbin Rugby Union Club, having played and coached for a number of years and remains a major sponsor, supporter and senior coach.

Geoff was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 in NSW, commencing work at Jack Woodward & Partners in Coolangatta in 1982. He remained a partner at the firm from 1984 until it disbanded in 1997, before starting Geoff Williams & Associates. Geoff has had a distinguished career in the legal profession, having practiced for over 40 years. Geoff retired in 2023 and can occasionally be seen making a guest appearance in the office.

Rachel completed her Associate Degree in Law at Southern Cross University in 2016, followed by a Bachelor of Laws in 2020. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2021 and joined Geoff Williams & Associates the same year. In recognition of her dedication and expertise, Rachel became an Associate of the Firm in 2025.

With over 20 years’ experience working in local law firms, Rachel has developed an extensive wealth of knowledge in both commercial and residential property matters, including strata developments. She acts for a wide range of clients—corporate, business, and individual—across areas such as business transactions, leasing matters, and wills and estates.

Rachel brings a comprehensive skill set and a client-focused approach to the Firm, taking pride in making the law accessible and understandable. She is dedicated to delivering cost-effective, pragmatic solutions that minimise the stress and financial impact often associated with legal proceedings.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in the local netball community, recently taking on the role of Representative Netball Convenor.

Kerry Bushell is a highly experienced Legal Secretary, bringing over 25 years of specialist knowledge in property transactions. Throughout her career, Kerry has developed a reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering a seamless experience for her clients.

Her extensive experience covers all aspects of residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing, including sales, purchases, subdivisions, and transfers of property. Kerry’s practical approach, combined with her deep understanding of property law and local market conditions, ensures that her clients receive clear guidance and efficient service at every stage of their matter.

Kerry is committed to making the conveyancing process straightforward and stress-free, providing personalised support tailored to each client’s needs. Her long-standing career in the industry reflects not only her expertise but also her strong client relationships built on trust, reliability, and results.

Annie is a Legal Secretary and Assistant to Tom Williams.

With a career dedicated entirely to the field of Law, Annie brings a wealth of experience. Annie primarily focuses on Wills and Estate matters and assists with legal documentation and filings providing invaluable support at every step of the way.

Annie’s commitment to excellence and her compassionate approach to client service make her a great asset to our team at Geoff Williams & Associates. Coming from a background as a registered BAS Agent, Karen joined the firm in 2015 as our dedicated part time bookkeeper responsible for the firm’s financial management including compliance, General and Trust accounting in NSW.

Outside of work, enjoys catching up with family, friends and the odd weekend adventure!

Vicki has worked for Geoff Williams & Associates for over 30 years and is a very efficient office administrator. She has lived on the Gold Coast for over 35 years and enjoys travelling and spending time with my family

Sasha is a local who has worked with Geoff Williams and Associates since 2024 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2025. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and having completed her Practical Legal Training with Bond University, she primarily works in the area of Wills and Estates and Conveyancing. In her free time, she enjoys walking in nature and relaxing with a good book.

Taylor graduated with her Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2023 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2025. Taylor works in our conveyancing and leasing department and is familiar with property law matters in both Queensland and New South Wales. Growing up on the Gold Coast, Taylor enjoys spending weekends at the beach and travelling south with friends and family.
